The Good Rub is a small family BBQ Gear business based in Crookwell. NSW. Australia.
Sam and Tory met while working in the beef industry and share a love of good steak and good company.
Our aim was to improve our BBQ experience and began trialing some dry rub recipes. We found that most dry rubs contained the same ingredients and were nearly half cane sugar, that tended to stick on the grill.
We experimented with different products and flavours until one day, over a steak and a red wine, we declared… ”that is a good rub”.
Since that time we have used the good rub on just about everything.
Now have two dry rub flavours available. The original SSS blend- Smoky, Spicy Sweet and CCC Blend Charcoal Coffee Crust. Our latest addition to the Good Rub hand crafted bbq gear collection is the Grill Scraper.
