STEAK – Beef, Lamb, Pork, Fish
DIRECTIONS
- Apply your choice of The Good Rub blends generously to both sides of steak
- Marinate overnight
- Bring your protein to room temperature by removing from fridge a few hours before cooking
- Brush with oil before oil before cooking
- Place protein on a medium / hot pan (should sizzle) and cook to desired taste.

INGREDIENTS
- Sweet potato sliced into chips
- Coconut Oil
- The Good Rub Smoky Spicy Sweet
DIRECTIONS
- Place chips into a bag
- Add Coconut Oil melted
- Sprinkle raw sweet potato chips with The Good Rub Smoky Spicy Sweet
- Shake and Bake at 180 degrees calculus
- Bake until brown and crunchy

CELERY SNACK – SMOKY SPICY SWEET
INGREDIENTS
- Celery
- Cream Cheese
- The Good Rub Smokey Spicy Sweet
DIRECTIONS
- Fill celery stick with cream cheese
- Sprinkle desired amount of SSS Blend over snack.

POPPED CORN – NO OIL METHOD
INGREDIENTS
- ¼ Cup popping corn
- 1 brown paper bag
- The Good Rub Smoky Spicy Sweet
DIRECTIONS
- Place popping corn into brown paper bag
- Fold end of bag over to stop corn popping out
- Microwave on medium power for 2 mins (stop microwave if no popping for 3 seconds)
- Sprinkle The Good Rub SSS blend generously into bag and shake.
