CCC was developed as a more mild all round Rub, to give any cook an amazing Char Grilled Crust without needing flames. The black colour comes from activated charcoal, although the flavour profile continues to surprise when compared to the appearance. The background roasted flavour comes from the native Roasted Wattle Seed and texture comes from the freshly ground coffee. Followed by a warm mix of spices that create a taste you can’t stop eating. This is topped off with our signature sweetener; Coconut sugar. Its low melting point and high burn point, allow it to caramelise quickly and lock in the moisture, whilst also adding flavour and being low GI and sustainable. CCC will turn a humble piece of meat into a special meal, both visually and in the tasting.
Method
Liberally sprinkle CCC over your meat. Massage the rub into the meat and ideally leave for a few hours or overnight so the flavour can penetrate.
Drizzle with oil before cooking.
